Digital Pencil Portrait Project

This digital pencil portrait art piece was created as a birthday present. Because the client wanted the image to look exactly like a true pencil and paper texture, it was quite a challenge for us to design a realistic portrait in digital format.

We started by making an exact replica of the photograph. Then, layer by layer, we began to design. After we finished the drawing, we added the realistic pencil texture.
